These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stayward website at https://getstayward.com and the services we provide ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Stayward
Stayward is a hosted cancellation-flow tool that helps subscription businesses deflect churn by intercepting cancellations and offering pauses, discounts, and plan changes through your connected Stripe account.
2. Your Account & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your account and for the Stripe restricted key you connect. You agree to use the Service only for subscriptions you are authorized to manage, and to keep your cancellation flow honest and compliant with applicable "click-to-cancel" and consumer-protection laws (including always offering a clear way to cancel).
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled, except the Lifetime plan, which is a one-time payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
4. Connected Stripe Data
Actions taken against your customers' subscriptions are performed using the restricted key you provide, on your instruction. You are responsible for the offers you configure. We are not liable for changes applied to your Stripe account as a result of your configuration.
5. Data & Privacy
We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://getstayward.com/privacy-policy.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stayward is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
