1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Data Name and email: to create your account, authenticate you, and communicate about your account. Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.
1.2 Connected Stripe Data To run your cancellation flow, you connect your own Stripe account using a restricted API key. We store that key encrypted at rest and use it solely to read subscription details and apply the pauses, discounts, and plan changes you configure. We act on your instructions and do not use your customers' data for any other purpose.
1.3 Cancellation Session Data When one of your customers goes through your cancel flow, we record non-identifying session data (such as the reason selected, the offer shown, the outcome, and the subscription's MRR) so you can see your retention analytics.
1.4 Non-Personal Data We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Data We use data to provide and operate the Service, process billing, power your dashboard analytics, provide support, and improve the product.
3. Data Sharing We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with the processors required to run the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, our database and email providers).
4. Data Retention & Deletion You can delete a project at any time, which removes its connected key, flow, and session history. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.
5. Children's Privacy The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
6. Updates to this Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
